Vantis and digital therapies

Vantis is a company that is breaking new ground in the treatment of chronic diseases. The approach combines regular medical care with digital therapy offerings. At Vantis, the patient plays an active role and works together with the practitioner on individually defined therapy goals. The company offers patients digital support in everyday life, among other things, which has a positive influence on the course of the disease.

Vantis has two programs:

Vantis | CHD and heart attack
Vantis | Hypertension

Vantis is appropriate for you if you have had any of the following diagnoses or procedures:

  • Coronary heart disease (CHD)
  • Arteriosclerosis (of the heart)
  • Heart attack (at least 28 days past)
  • Stent or bypass surgery

Vantis is suitable for you if you have received the following diagnoses:

  • Increased blood pressure

The therapy apps are not suitable for you if you have insufficient skills to operate a smartphone app (e.g., as may occur for blind people in connection with images) and insufficient knowledge of the German language.

Privacy and security

The programs are tailored to the personal needs of each individual patient. Use Vantis to keep a constant eye on your health values, get active with the exercise coach's sports units, or learn more about a healthy lifestyle in the reading units. As an approved medical product, the app is also subject to high requirements. The effectiveness of the program has already been established in initial preliminary clinical studies.

Vantis therapies incorporate the expert knowledge of an entire team of physicians, scientists, therapists and engineers. The content is based on the findings of the latest medical guidelines and studies on heart health. The complete list of sources used can be found here.

The security of your data is extremely important to us. As an approved German medical device, VantisTherapy is subject to strict specifications and guarantees to meet the highest data protection standards at all times.

Yes, the Vantis apps are risk class IIa medical devices according to the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) Directive (EU) 2017/745.

To use Vantis, you need an activation code, which you can obtain from our Website acquire. With this activation code you can use all Vantis contents for 3 months. Please see the current therapy options and prices on the product selection page here. If you have been prescribed the program by your doctor, it is free of charge.

Yes, it is possible to purchase Vantis for another person. The prerequisite for use is the information mentioned in the question "Is Vantis suitable for me". The future user then simply creates a personal user account in the Vantis app and enters the activation code there. Each activation code can only be used by one user.

To use the Vantis app, you need an activation code, which you can obtain via our Website acquire. The therapy proceeds in therapy sections of 3 months each. Once you have completed the first 3 months (Vantis core program), a specially tailored follow-up program awaits you. You can access this by entering a new activation code. The minimum duration is thus 90 days, although the medical guideline recommends at least 180 days or ongoing support to achieve optimal effect.

After 3 months, the core program ends automatically and there is no automatic, paid renewal (no subscription model). You will be notified about renewal options by email. You can also contact our customer service at any time regarding this at hilfe@vantis-health.com or 089 6931 4484 0.

You don't have to be a technology expert to use Vantis. That's because Vantis is designed to guide you step-by-step through every part of the therapy. From device use to the individual functions of the app, everything is designed to be easy to use and is explained in detail. If you still have questions, the Vantis service team will be happy to help you at any time.

Yes, Vantis is even designed to be used in addition to medical treatment. The therapy has a supportive effect and does not replace the treatment by the doctor.

The device is sent after registration in the app and shortly before the start of therapy and made available for the therapy period. This applies to the programs "Vantis | CHD and heart attack" and "Vantis | hypertension".  You can also use the Vantis apps on their own. However, for the best possible monitoring and thus the full scope of therapy, the integrated device (blood pressure monitor from Omron) is required. Once your package is on its way, you will also receive a tracking link from us.

Our app for people with CHD and heart attacks will very soon be available for prescription by all doctors free of charge. If your doctor doesn't know about us yet, no problem. We will be happy to inform you about it. People with elevated blood pressure can join a waiting list on the product page. As soon as it is available, they will be contacted first.
